Assessment was very efficient and assessor created an informal environment. People enjoyed the interview process and they felt proud of what the organisation was achieving, interviews helped volunteers to feel part of the organisation and the process.

Don’t take too long over process, if possible fix a time for completion

The entire team needs to be committed and feel ownership of the process and project

Have standby volunteers who can be step in if one of the interviewees is unable to make it
