Registering

Once you have decided you would like to register for the Investing in Volunteers Standard browse to the Registration page.

Fill in the form with the details asked for and submit the form.

Be sure to choose the correct country for your organisation on the registration form.

Once your details have been submitted the Investing in Volunteers advisor of your chosen country will have access to your registration details.

Your Investing in Volunteers advisor will, in due course, contact you to carry out any offline processing required.

Once all aspects of registration have been fulfilled your Investing in Volunteers website account will be activated.

On activation you will receive an email to the email account you registered with, informing you that you can now access the protected areas of the site. The password you entered at registration will also be sent with the email.

Logging In

To log on to the Investing in Volunteers website:

• Fill in your registered username (email address) and password into the login panel.
• Click on the “Sign In” button
• Once login details are validated you will be granted access to the protected parts of the website.

The login panel is located on the top right of every page of the website.

Forgotten Passwords

If you have forgotten your Investing in Volunteers password:

• Click on the “Request Password” button on the top left of the page
• Enter your email address used for your Investing in Volunteers account.
• Enter the Security Question and Security Answer you used for registration.
• Click on “Request Password” button to submit details.
• Once login details are validated you will automatically be sent an email containing your Investing in Volunteers password.

Update your Details

To update the details on your Account you must first be logged into the Investing in Volunteers website.

Once logged in a “My Account” link will be displayed near the top right of every page.

To update your details:

• Click on the “My Account” link and you will be taken to a form populated with your registration details.
• Update the necessary details
• Click on the “Update” Button,
• On successful validation of the details, your details will be automatically updated.

To Change Your Password:

• Click on the “My Account” link and you will be taken to a form populated with your registration details.
• Click on the “Change Password” button at the foot of the form.
• On the Change Password Form:
  • Enter your current password.
  • Enter new password.
  • Confirm new password.
  • Click “Change Password” button.
• On successful validation of the details, your password will be updated and a confirmation message will be displayed
