This e-learning toolkit is open to all organisations - regardless of whether or not you have registered your interest in, or signed up to Investing in Volunteers.
The Toolkit contains a number of modules that take about 5 minutes to complete and you can go back and view them at any time. You need to begin at 'Module 1: What is quality?' and work your way through the rest in your own time. All you need to do is sign in again. The toolkit will take you to where you were when you last signed in - simple!
In order to use the Investing in Volunteers Toolkit you will need to complete a very short registration process in order to create your elearning account. Please note that registering here does not commit your organisation to Investing in Volunteers.

Please could you make sure that you have enrolled for the toolkit in 'Open the toolkit' (you might need to check the 'I wish to enrol' box).
Please could you read through 'How to use the toolkit' before you begin the modules. This explains how the toolkit works and any extra free software you might need.
Finally, there's a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and basic Help section below the 'Toolkit Completed' link. It's worth looking in here if something doesn't work as it should.
