The Investing in Volunteers Team (IiV) is excited to launch its new Toolkit. This interactive e-learning development tool has specifically been created for Volunteer Managers or anyone interested in implementing IiV in their volunteer-involving organisation.
The new Toolkit offers advice and simple ‘session plans’ on how learning can be cascaded throughout your organisation. It makes use of a range of online activities such as case studies, assignments, quizzes, and multi-media presentations. The Toolkit has been designed as an individual and organisational ‘Guided Discovery Learning’ approach to better understand the concept of quality standards in general, as well as the Investing in Volunteers Quality Standard specifically.
After registering (FREE) you will be required to work your way through a number of modules incl. ‘What is quality?’ or ‘What is self assessment?’ This is done at your own pace, at work or home and you may access your completed work at any time. The online resources also include links to relevant websites, downloadable handouts and publications and email-generated content that goes straight to your Inbox.
