Why did you decide to go for Investing in Volunteers?

In order to standardise our volunteer management procedures and to gain recognition for our good practice.

What benefits have you found from working towards Investing in Volunteers?

Tell us about your experience of the assessment process in your organisation.

The assessment process was a positive one, we got lots of encouragement from our assessor and worked with our local VC to access bets practice ideas. We also involved one of our volunteers who is a retired industrial quality standard assessor.
