Why did you decide to go for Investing in Volunteers?

To evidence the level of commitment and investment we make in our volunteers.

What benefits have you found from working towards Investing in Volunteers?

It has helped us identify gaps in practice, review policy and generally provide an even better experience to our volunteers

Tell us about your experience of the assessment process in your organisation.

Though identifying and closing gaps in our practice was a time consuming and demanding process the assessments were not very stressful at all.

I found the assessors to be friendly and very constructive in their criticisms.
