Why did you decide to go for Investing in Volunteers?

We decided to embark on “Investing in Volunteers” to recognise the value of volunteering within our organisation, but also we saw it as an opportunity to look at all of our processes and analyse for good practice and areas that needed improvement

We have made improvements in all areas of our business to actually improve the service that we offer to volunteers, and also to recognise what they do
