• Constant monitoring of the practice of our policies ( this is the best!)

Tell us about your experience of the assessment process in your organisation.

The coordinator designated one member of the Staff to work along with our Assessor in the process of evaluation of our Charity. This fasten the process because there was one person exclusively working on it, a representative that communicated the advances or problems to the rest of the people to work towards the solutions as a group.

• Set deadlines and stick to them
• Be enthusiastic, the work could be long and hard but after all you are improving your organisation!
