Why did you decide to go for Investing in Volunteers?

To see as an organisation how we were treating our volunteers and to learn what we could do better. Also to help us in the continued effort to find funds. IIV is a good quality mark to have.

What benefits have you found from working towards Investing in Volunteers?

Shown us that in many areas we were doing well but needed to focus minds in some areas so that volunteers had a great experience rather than a good one

Excellent. Involved volunteers from first stage and this encouraged them and others to be open and honest with assessor. Assessor was execellent

• Be honest with yourself and your team (and volunteers)
