Why did you decide to go for Investing in Volunteers?
We work with a large number of volunteers at our annual football tournament and in order to ensure we supported the volunteers to the best of our ability we felt Investing in volunteers would benefit the organisation and the volunteers we work with

We overhauled our systems and procedures and ensured they reflected the needs of the volunteers we work with. We also identified areasof improvement in our working practices with volunteers.
