What have been the overall benefits of achieving/renewing the IiV accreditation?
It has given a fantastic framework to examine and amend all of our policies and has brought very close working relationship with the CVS organisations. From the reviews we were able to canvass opinion from staff and volunteers and make any changes. It is great to know that we are working to a recognised standard and that our starting point was not too far from the mark. It supports the professionalism that is always present but brings extra kudos.
