Tell us about your experience of the assessment process in your organisation. |
The Volunteer Steering Group continued to meet since the last accreditation and we were prepared for the accreditation process.A sub group from the main steering group was set up to complete the assessment return evidencing for the indicators and we found this to be straightforward. As we have communicated the development to all staff and volunteers during the lead up to the assessment, all were prepared for what was needed to be undertaken with the assessors. I received very positive feedback from the staff and volunteers that were met as part of the assessment. IiV Manager was a great point of contact. |
